Welcome to Zeitlos Cafe

Kaiserswerther Str. 69, 40476 Düsseldorf, Germany

General Info

Zeitlos Cafe feels like one of those calm little city spots where everything slows down just a bit, even though you’re still right in Düsseldorf. The first impression walking in is simple but intentional: a quiet café setting where the focus is clearly on comfort, warm drinks, and a relaxed table service experience that doesn’t rush you out the door.

The menu here leans into familiar café favorites, but with a comforting, slightly European patisserie touch. Pancakes are one of the standout choices-soft, filling, and ideal for a slow morning or an easy afternoon break. Alongside that, the Tarte Tatin adds a sweet, caramelised depth that pairs naturally with a hot drink. Many visitors tend to settle in with a Matcha Latte or a carefully brewed Oolongtee, both of which fit the café’s strong emphasis on a great tea selection. Coffee is also a core part of the experience, especially when paired with a slice of Zitronenkuchen, which brings a light citrus balance that works well for a quick bite or a longer stay.

What makes the atmosphere memorable is how quiet and steady it feels compared to busier cafés in the area. It’s not trying to be loud or overly trendy-it’s more about creating a space where conversation, reading, or even working on a laptop feels natural. The table service adds to that ease, making it feel more like a seated café experience rather than a rushed counter stop.

From a service perspective, the café is built around simplicity: coffee, tea, and dessert-style food done in a way that encourages you to stay a little longer. Reviews often highlight the calm environment and the consistency of the drinks, especially the tea selection, which stands out for people who prefer something beyond standard café offerings.

Located on Kaiserswerther Str. 69 in Düsseldorf, it’s easy to drop by whether you’re nearby or planning a relaxed stop in the area. The overall vibe is suitable for solo visits, quiet catch-ups, or even a slow weekend break where the main goal is just to unwind.

What customers say?

“ We were the first guests to arrive into the cafe. The host was very friendly and welcoming and greeted us upon arrival. The drinks we ordered were simply delicious and refreshing. Their iced teas are the perfect treat to have on a warm day. My partner had a drink called the “Anti-Müdigkeit“, and that was also very tasty and very energizing. Their homemade tartes are a 100% recommendation. Simply delicious apple cakes that aren’t too sweet, but still delicious. Would definitely come back here again. ”
